A must have cell phone accessory for anyone who is paralyzed quadriplegic. This headset is based on the BlueAnt V1 and the BlueAnt Q1. Both are Voice Command Bluetooth Headsets. They have been modified so there is no button push required to either answer a call or make a call.

The V1 can be pair with 8 Bluetooth devices but can connect to 1 at a time.

The Q1 can pair with 8 Bluetooth devices and can connect to 2 of them at the same time...it is true Multipoint. If it is connected to 2 cell phones it will answer which ever one rings. Or you can connect to a cell phone and a Bluetooth enabled computer. You can use it for Dragon 10 (or other Voice Recognition Software) and if the phone rings you can use it to answer the call. The Q1 now has the A2DP music profile so you can stream music to it from a music phone or a computer.

When a call is received the BlueAnt Headset will announce the caller ID and ask if you want to answer or ignore the call. To answer say "Answer", to ignore the call and send it to voice mail simply say "Ignore"

To make a call simply tilt your head towards the provided magnet (the magnet is mounted to an 29 inch flexible rod). The headset will ask you to "Say a Command". You can say "Voicemail", "Home", "Office", "Favorite", "Goog-411", "Speed Dial 6", "Speed Dial 7", "Speed Dial 8", "Speed Dial 9" and...if your phone supports voice commands and you want to use them you can simply say "Phone Commands" to hand-off the control to your phone's voice commands.

Say...
"Redial" to call the number you last dialed
"Call Back" to call back the last received number
"Switch Headset OFF" to turn the headset OFF
"Cancel" to cancel the active operation (for example...if you started to make a call and changed your mind you could say "Cancel" to stop and return to stand-by mode.
